By far the most important is the dive shop, and the dive shop here is amazing. I had my own DM the entire trip. Dive groups were usually two people, although sometimes they were three. Other people also had their own DM. My diving was far superior her to what I had on my liveaboard that cost 4 times the price. I saw many more, and better quality mantas. I had longer dives, and saw many more things including a bamboo shark and two wobbegong sharks. The accommodation was basic, but just fine. The bed had soft sheets, was very comfortable, the AC was great, and there was always hot water for the shower. My ocean view cabin was always immaculate. The only knock is there was no wifi in the room, only in the reception area. The food was the downfall. It was usually OK to good, but sometimes it was cold, a problem with buffet food. They could usually could you something else, but that took time. There was lots of rice, but after talking to management, the rice was less frequent. The best dinner was a BBQ, but that was only once in my 10 days there. Dessert was usually fruit at dinner, but when they made other things, those were normally very good. Usually there were two entrees for lunch and dinner. I would definitely go stay there again!! You could snorkel or dive for free at the house reef. I snorkeling at night once, and didn't dive for free on the reef as the normal dives wore me out. 3 dives a day were available, 2 in the morning, 1 afternoon, and you could arrange night dives. I decided to treat myself and booked the Waterfront Bungalow number 4. This was the best ever as it was the last Bungalow at the far end of the property. I fell in love with the wooden reclining chair so much - you'll know what I mean if you ever visit the resort. Sandy manta cleaning station was 100% worth the effort to clip in and wait because the wait totally worth it having a huge Manta hover over us for 10 minutes.","The dive to the ship reck and the lighthouse were subpar compared to the other great sites and our least favorite day of diving. As we told the resort director Peter, it a nicely run property. Be sure to give future clients a clear heads up that this is a no-frills eat,sleep,dive resort. No TV’s (we don’t mind but others might) , very basic bathrooms with shower and toilet in the same small location. Once again we didn’t mind this “camping” style of resort but others might be expecting more from a “resort” . Ferry ride to Raja Ampat was efficient but not luxurious in any form. A more comprehensive  statement from both ZuBlu and Waiwo resort would be helpful. Checkout was I little awkward as we had additional dive charges that were never itemized up front and in the end we owed an additional 4.5 million Indonesian dollars ($800 US) provided were very easy. Post dive stay at the SwisBel Hotel was seamless. These 3 have been very well from the professional experience and personality. 1 out of 5 was terrible, honestly, hardly showed anything and could not deal with a negative feedback. \r\nI had my own diving equipment, therefore, I cannot give any comments upon this. The manager of the Dive Center is rather good at  Sales, rather than guests' interests. The way they calculated the Nitrox usage was not logical in my opinion, same as boat arrangents.
